The title may read like an advertisement and in a way it is but I'm not trying to sell you anything more than an open mind. One open to possibilities which are held in your very own two hands.

While at all the different stages of the Reiki formal training you receive attunements to open your Chakra's a little wider to the energy you are channelling, you already have the ability to channel Reiki.

While anyone and everyone has the ability to heal with the Reiki energy, it is the people who fully embrace the way of life that is Reiki who will get the most benefit from it.

I have been a Reiki Master for a number of years now and it wasn't until recently my sister commented that she thought Reiki was a religion!

Reiki is not a religion but it is a way of life. You can spend thousands of pounds on training but if you don't honour your own body then you are wasting your money.

As I tell all my students I can only show you how, the rest is up to you.

Even just thinking about what is coming next has my hands on fire and the reiki energy building up inside them.

Find yourself in a comfortably position preferably at a time when you won't be disturbed. Either out loud or to yourself say the following:

Remember to say thank you when you are finished, now continue with the self healing video and follow the instructions setting the intention that you want to give yourself reiki. Do this every day for 21 days and see and feel the difference. As you get used to the hand positions you may wish to spend longer on each area or one area in particular. Trust your gut.
